Anyway, instead of continuing to struggle to post every day for the rest of the month, how about a giveaway instead?
I've found myself with a little more leisure time to do things like crafting lately. I had gotten some requests from friends for holiday dog collars, but I failed to ask them what fabrics they would like. So I just made a whole bunch and let them choose. And then there were some left-overs. Ellis and Gelly each chose one, but that still left me with 3 extras.
This is where you all come in... entering is simple. Just leave a comment saying you want to be in the drawing. I will draw the winners on November 30th.The drawing is for one of the collars pictured above that will fit your average lab or golden type dog (I estimate 14" to 20" necks... for reference, Gelly is 55 pounds and has a 17" neck, Ellis is 70 pounds and has an 18" neck). So they would probably fit fine on a more medium sized dog too, but possibly not an enormous lab. They are handmade unprofessionally by me with love. After I post the winners I will have you e-mail me with your mailing address and a first and second choice on the print. I will do my best, but you may end up with your third choice (so don't enter if you would be unhappy with your third choice ;) ). I'll probably do some more collar giveaways at some point, so if you don't want a holiday collar, don't have an average labish sized dog, or do not have a dog that can wear a special collar (like, say, a GDB puppy), fret not, there will be something for you at some point!

My new chocolate boy Jack would love to win a holiday collar from you. :-)
One of these collars would look great on my sister's dog. Since Kyle (my GDB puppy) cannot wear one, I'd like to win one for Kyle's cousin-dog. :) I think it's awesome that you know how to make collars. :)
I think Ryder would look very handsome in one!!! Please put our name down! :)
YOU ARE TALENTED! I would LOVE one of these collars! My dog is black, so any of the three would look great on her and be so fun for the holidays! I love that you've caught the holiday season of giving! :)

Love your seasonal festive collars and your creativity. Caes thinks they're spiffy and would love an entry as well. :-)
Great collars! Ive attempted making them in the past but none turned out that well. Add us to the draw!
It's OK, Holly doesn't need any more collars, and we're too far away, but I just wanted to say your collars look wonderful! I know they'll find a loving home :-)
