Weren't we just here? Yes, yes we were. This time the puppy was leaping off the truck rather than leaping on though.

We were a little surprised to see Frisbee emerge with an e-collar on, given that he was neutered a few weeks ago now. But it turns out there were some complications with his neuter surgery so he is still very swollen and painful (and wants to lick his poor sore self). It was a little sad because as soon as the initial excitement wore off, it was clear that he is uncomfortable with his "situation." Let's just say he was well endowed before the surgery, and now it looks like he is even more well endowed and not neutered. Ouch! The drivers loved him though, and said that they had him up front with them much of the time. He is a very lovable dog!Jenson said hello too. I had been telling Jenson that he might have some play dates with Frizzy, so he was pretty disappointed with the fact that Frizzy won't be able to play for a while. Jenson was also generally bored with the whole scene... all the attention was on puppies arriving and puppies leaving. Where was the love for the puppies who are just plain old here and awesome, he wanted to know.

Driving home I sat in the back seat and cuddled with Frizzy (sitting on the seat!). It seemed so right and natural to have him next to me! And we took the e-collar off for the ride :) And then I saw our handsome man!
So hopefully he is starting to settle in back home by now... I'm sure I will see him soon and often! Welcome home big guy!
